ABC segmentation of 118 SKUs across a 180,000+ record supply chain dataset. Found that 6% of SKUs account for 77% of total spend — a sharper concentration than the classic 80/20 rule. Assigned differentiated replenishment and review policies by tier. Pareto curve, tier distribution donut, and policy recommendation table built in Looker Studio.

The argument: Treating unequal assets equally is not neutral — it is a policy choice with real costs. Ostrom's institutional analysis applied to the warehouse floor.

Safety Stock & Reorder Point Calculator

Configurable safety stock model using demand variability, lead time variance, and service level inputs. Z-score driven. Shows the buffer required to maintain fill rate targets when demand cannot be predicted with certainty.

The argument: Safety stock is an epistemological problem, not a math problem. Hayek's knowledge problem, buffered.

Multi-vendor scorecard tracking on-time delivery, fill rate, and lead time variance. Composite scoring model with exception flagging for vendors crossing reliability thresholds.

The argument: A vendor scorecard is a constitutional rule system for supplier relationships. Buchanan on accountability made visible.
