ABC Inventory Segmentation Dashboard

ABC segmentation of 118 SKUs across a 180,000+ record supply chain dataset. Found that 6% of SKUs account for 77% of total spend — a sharper concentration than the classic 80/20 rule. Assigned differentiated replenishment and review policies by tier. Pareto curve, tier distribution donut, and policy recommendation table built in Looker Studio.
The argument: Treating unequal assets equally is not neutral — it is a policy choice with real costs. Ostrom's institutional analysis applied to the warehouse floor.
Safety Stock & Reorder Point Calculator

Configurable safety stock model using demand variability, lead time variance, and service level inputs. Z-score driven. Shows the buffer required to maintain fill rate targets when demand cannot be predicted with certainty.
The argument: Safety stock is an epistemological problem, not a math problem. Hayek's knowledge problem, buffered.
Vendor Performance Scorecard

Multi-vendor scorecard tracking on-time delivery, fill rate, and lead time variance. Composite scoring model with exception flagging for vendors crossing reliability thresholds.
The argument: A vendor scorecard is a constitutional rule system for supplier relationships. Buchanan on accountability made visible.

A decade of systems implementation for mission-driven organizations. Every engagement: replace what broke with something maintainable. Hand it off to non-technical operators. Leave documentation that outlasts the project.
Congressional Hunger Center
2019–2020 · Deytah · Washington, DC
Full platform redesign for a DC-based policy and leadership organization. Four-dimensional filterable publications library, interactive global partner map, 40+ page sitemap, 13-template design system. Before: publications were unfindable and staff required developer help for routine updates. After: a fully self-maintained site with structured content governance. $16,500 contract. Site live at hungercenter.org.
MIT Innovation Initiative

Three-role student placement platform deployed institution-wide — connecting students, academic labs, and early-stage ventures through a shared Airtable operational backbone with bidirectional WordPress sync and MIT Kerberos SSO. Before: student innovation pathway data lived in disconnected departmental spreadsheets. After: a single operational system with automated data routing and longitudinal tracking.
LBJ Foundation

Archival sites for the LBJ Liberty and Justice for All Award ceremony series (8 years) and the LBJ Summit on Race in America (46 participants, 18 panel recordings, 21 sponsors). Both remain live as permanent institutional archives.

Migrated 6,000+ student records and 13,500+ assessments from a single-machine Access database into Airtable. Built purchase-to-credential automation across Shopify, Gravity Forms, Infusionsoft, and Memberium — eliminating manual data entry from a multi-step credentialing process.
The Ministry of Architecture (formerly Archinia)

Recovered a Drupal site from the Wayback Machine after it went offline, then used the rebuild as a forcing function to consolidate seven fragmented architecture properties into one static, accessible platform — WCAG AA compliant, no database dependencies, with earthship research and Acoma education materials preserved and publicly available.

2017–2019 · Albuquerque, NM
BI system consolidating 13 data pipelines — eliminating 1,000+ hours of annual manual work. Migrated 17,000+ customer records. Built three real-time leadership dashboards. Launched an SVG mapping product that generated $25,000 in new annual recurring revenue.
